Wheat Mission Society in Vancouver (Milal) is a Canadian charity creating adaptive, person-centered, and purpose-driven opportunities for individuals with neurodivergence and special needs to develop their gifts, build meaningful relationships, contribute to society, and participate fully in community life.
Milal was founded in 2001 with the core belief that every person has the right to express their gifts, contribute meaningfully, and take their rightful place in community life. Whether it’s research, program innovation, community integration, or education, we do whatever it takes, for as long as it takes to move individuals from exclusion to active participation and contribution in society.
